DELIVERY TIMES
Goods will be sent within 1-2 days using Next Working Day by 4pm UK tracked service.
Monday to Friday Courier – DPD – 8am to 9pm for residential addresses.
ACCEPTING THE DELIVERY
Your name will be taken and input into the signature field, a photo will be taken upon delivery.
If no one answers door – you will receive a delivery notification card and/or email/text notification in the normal manner and the parcel will be returned to the courier warehouse. As a responsible Clinic prescription deliveries cannot be left unattended or with a neighbour.
TRACKING
DPD Courier. When placing your order, please provide your preferred mobile number and email address to receive updates and notifications regarding your delivery. You can also check your order history within e-pharmacy to view tracking information. You can track your DPD parcel here: DPD (UK) - Follow My Parcel or by calling the DPD Customer Services team on 0121 275 0500.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour due to the type of products contained with our orders.
DPD will send a 1 hour delivery window by text and email to the phone number and email address provided when placing the order. This is an estimate.
Once your delivery address has been selected, it cannot be amended.
