DELIVERY POLICY
DELIVERY TIMES
Goods will be sent within 1-2 days using Next Working Day by 4pm UK tracked service.
Monday to Friday Courier – 8am to 9pm for residential addresses.
ACCEPTING THE DELIVERY
If no one answers door – you will receive a delivery notification card and/or email/text notification in the normal manner for delivery to be rearranged with the courier. As a responsible Clinic, prescription deliveries, cannot be left unattended or with a neighbor.
TRACKING
When placing your order, please provide your preferred mobile number and email address for tracking and managing the delivery and to receive updates and notifications for your delivery. If using the e-pharmacy, you can also check your order history and view tracking information. You can track your DPD parcel here: DPD (UK) - Follow My Parcel or by calling the DPD Customer Services team on 0121 275 0500.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Prescription orders cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour due to the type of products contained with our orders.
DPD will send a 1 hour delivery window by text and email to the phone number and email address provided when placing the order. This is an estimate.
Once your delivery address has been selected, it cannot be amended.
