At Fox Medical Aesthetics, we prioritise your satisfaction and aim to provide an exceptional product and purchasing experience. Please take note of the following return policy details:

This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our website, foxmedicalaesthetics.co.uk and foxmedicalaesthetics.cleverpatients.co.uk
Returns for Online Purchases:

You have the option to return any unused and unopened product within 30 days from the shipment date indicated on your invoice.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@foxmedicalaesthetics.co.uk. You’ll need your order number and email for the process. In the email please confirm the items you wish to return, provide the reason, and include any additional comments.
Return Authorisation and Shipping:

If your return authorisation is granted, it is the customers sole responsibility and cost to return the items via post to the clinic address. We recommend signed for delivery and take no responsibility for items that are not sent via tracked delivery.

Once we receive the item(s), you’ll receive a Return Confirmation email.

Pending review, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Samples are not eligible for return.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit process to reflect in your account.

Items received more than 30 days after the purchase date or those that have been opened may not be returned.
REFUND POLICY
Fox Medical Aesthetics will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith or refunds on treatments if the patient has had an adverse reaction to treatment.
