I’m proud to share that I have been appointed as the Regional Leader for London with the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN) — a professional organisation that champions safe, ethical, and regulated aesthetic practice across the UK.
This new role is both a personal honour and a meaningful opportunity to make a wider impact in the aesthetic medicine community. But what does it mean for you — our patients, fellow practitioners, and the wider aesthetics landscape?
For My Patients at Fox Medical Aesthetics
As a clinic, we’ve always prioritised safety, integrity, and expertise. Being a BAMAN Regional Leader reinforces that commitment. It places Fox Medical Aesthetics at the heart of a professional network that sets the benchmark for clinical excellence, ongoing education, and patient-centred care.
As your practitioner, I will continue to stay informed of the latest safety standards, clinical innovations, and regulatory developments — and bring those benefits directly to your treatment journey. You can feel confident knowing you’re being cared for in a clinic aligned with best practice in aesthetics, recognised at a national level.
For My Clinic
Our clinic in Hitchin continues to grow as a trusted centre for regenerative, pro-aging skin treatments. This appointment further positions us as a leader in ethical aesthetics, not only in Hertfordshire but across London and the South East. It also opens up opportunities to collaborate with other experts, contribute to national conversations on aesthetics regulation, and lead by example through patient education and peer mentorship.
For Other Nurses in Aesthetic Medicine
One of the most exciting aspects of this role is supporting nurses working in aesthetics — whether newly qualified or well established. As a Regional Leader, I will help facilitate networking, peer support, professional development, and educational events. I’m especially passionate about promoting regulation, clinical governance, and building a strong, collaborative community of nurses who are proud to practise safely and ethically.
Aesthetic medicine is evolving rapidly, and we need professional leadership that puts patients, standards, and ethical practice first. BAMAN shares that vision — and I’m honoured to play a part in shaping it.
